Vigilance flagged a file and you want a second opinion, or you think it missed one. Send us the file. A person reads every one and replies to the address you give.
The File
Send the package or file as you got it, up to 100 MB. If it is malware, zip it with the
password infected first, so nothing on the way opens it. We read samples only
on a locked machine with no network, and we never run them.
What Happens to It
The file goes straight to a private store that nothing on the internet can read. We keep one copy of each file, so sending the same file twice stores it once. You can send up to five files a day. For more, write to support@vigihq.com.
